Return & Refund

We hope you like what you have ordered! However, in case you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return process very simple.

Please note that the return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and regulations.

1.Cancellation

Within 24 hours, customers can send an email to order.jackh@cpsetuno.com after
placing an order on www.cpsetuno.com to request a full refund.

Please be aware that we charge a transaction fee if you request a refund 24 hours after ordering and before delivery (1.5% for credit card users, 2% for PayPal users, 2.6% for Klarna users).

Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after shipping.

If the product is out of stock or if the address provided by you is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you via email. If we do not receive a response within 15 days, we will automatically cancel the order and refund the purchase price.

2. Return

2.1 Faulty Returns

Under this policy, a 'faulty return' means that the customer(s) can request a return if the product is faulty due to reasons not personal. For faulty products, you will receive a full refund/a free replacement. Please contact CP-SETUNO support at support.jackh@cpsetuno.com, provide the purchase receipt*, and describe the issue to initiate the return process."

*Valid Purchase Receipt:

  • An order number issued through www.cpsetuno.com;
  • A sales invoice or order confirmation via email clearly showing the product description, price, and method of distribution.

2.2 Unconditional Return Policy

a. Applicable Channel:

The unconditional return policy applies only to orders made on cpsetuno.com; customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

b. Inapplicable Channel:

CP-SETUNO does not accept unconditional returns for products purchased through other channels. Please first contact the channel through which you purchased the product.

c. Cost of unconditional return:

For returns of CPSETUNO.com orders, we will apply a transaction fee (1.5% for credit card users, 2% for PayPal users, 2.6% for Klarna users) + shipping costs if the product is in good condition.

2.3 Shipping Costs

The rules for refunding return shipping costs are as follows:

  1. For faulty returns - In this case, the shipping costs are covered by CP-SETUNO.
  2. For unconditional returns - In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer(s).

2.4 Return Procedure

  1. If you've received your product and it's less than 30 calendar days old, you can contact our official customer support: support.jackh@cpsetuno.com
  2. Our customer service team will determine if your order qualifies for a return. Upon confirmation that your order qualifies for a return, you will receive an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and a prepaid return label (the label will be determined by the customer service team). Additionally, you will receive instructions on properly packaging the product for a secure return. Only ship the product once you have received the correct shipping safety instructions for the product. Make sure to clearly mark the packaging with the RMA number and include proof of the purchase date with the product.
  3. Please do not send products back without RMA confirmation from the CP-SETUNO customer service team. Refunds for unconfirmed returns will not be processed.
  4. There are 3 ways to handle returns after they've been returned, depending on the customer's requirements and circumstances:

We have three options for handling returns and refund requests based on customer requirements and actual circumstances:

  • Refund (Please refer to our refund policy for details)
  • Repair after fault inspection (Details available in the section on repair policy in our warranty terms)
  • Product replacement (Details available in the section on replacement policy in our warranty terms)

2.5 Refund Requirements

  1. The product and all accessories are free from human-induced damages.
  2. All accessories should be returned to CP-SETUNO along with the main product. Parts and accessories should be securely packaged to ensure they are in good
  3. condition and to prevent transportation damage.

2.6 Refund Deadlines

  1. Refund deadline for canceled orders: 7 business days for a full refund.
  2. Refund deadline for returns: Once CP-SETUNO has received your refund request, we will refund your product within 14 business days of receipt. Once your refund has been processed, you will be notified via email. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact support.jackh@cpsetuno.com.
  3. Return and replacement: Upon receiving your product replacement request, CP-SETUNO will send you a replacement within 7 business days of receiving the product. If CP-SETUNO has sufficient inventory, you will be notified via email with logistics information.

2.7 No Return Service will be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. For products sold, the date of the reported issue exceeds 30 calendar days from the date the product was sold to you.
  2. The product was returned without confirmation from the CP-SETUNO customer service team.
  3. Products not returned to CP-SETUNO within 15 working days after confirmation of the return by CP-SETUNO.
  4. No legitimate proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice was provided, or there is reasonable suspicion that these were forged or manipulated.
  5. The product returned to CP-SETUNO does not contain all original parts, accessories, or packaging, or it includes products damaged due to user error.
  6. After conducting all reasonable tests, CP-SETUNO and the authorized repair workshop designated by CP-SETUNO have deemed the product free from defects.
  7. Failure or damage to the product was caused by impact, burns, unauthorized use or alteration of the product, including exposure to moisture, intrusion of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or handling.
  8. Signs of tampering or alteration of product labels, serial numbers, water damage indicators, etc., are evident.
  9. Damage was caused by external factors beyond control, such as fire, flood, strong wind, lightning, or traffic accidents.
  10. There is no evidence of transportation damage provided by the carrier.
  11. Damage caused by reliability and compatibility issues when used as input or load with third-party components not approved by CP-SETUNO parameters or certified by CP-SETUNO.
  12. The product does not meet the return requirements after inspection.

Other circumstances not described in this policy but for which CP-SETUNO has sufficient evidence to reject the return.
