For Continental U.S. Orders: Processing time can take between 1-3 business days.

For International Orders: Processing time can take between 3-5 business days.

CP-SETUNO products have free ground shipping offered and can take between 3-5 business days.

Other freight delivery charges are listed below:

Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost up to $50 - $280.
Delivery to limited access areas such as schools or churches will incur additional cost starting at $50.
Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75 - $300).

1. Please note Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands can’t be shipped to now.

2. Please note we don't accept APO、FPO、DPO.

3. Please note that we don’t ship to PO Boxes so make sure to enter a physical address.

5. When ordering from CP-SETUNO, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Usually your order will not incur handling charges or customs duties.

6. We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the order has already shipped. 

7. We know that professional installation is often required. Due to the possibility of unforeseen issues, we strongly recommend that you wait until the status of your order has been received and verified before making any work to begin using your new CP-SETUNO product.
